Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant
At Advance Control System (ACS), we specialize in the design, engineering, and implementation of advanced Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants tailored to treat and purify water from a variety of sources including brackish groundwater, surface water, and seawater. RO is one of the most effective and reliable water purification technologies available today, capable of removing up to 99% of dissolved salts, organic materials, heavy metals, microbes, and other dissolved impurities.
Our RO systems are engineered for industrial, commercial, and institutional use, ensuring purified water that meets the most stringent quality requirements for both process and potable applications. The key features of ACS RO systems includes:
- Pre-Treatment Integration: Sand filters, activated carbon filters, softeners, and micron filters to protect RO membranes
- High-Rejection Membranes: USA/Japan-origin membranes with high TDS removal rates
- Energy-Efficient Design: Optimized pump and recovery system to reduce power consumption
- Modular & Skid-Mounted Units: Compact footprints for easy installation and mobility
- Fully Automated Operation: PLC/SCADA-based systems with real-time monitoring and alerts
- Flexible Capacities: Available from 250 LPH to multi-MLD plants based on client needs
- Compact Footprints ideal for industrial and commercial spaces
- Optional Add-ons: UV sterilizers, ozone generators, remineralization filters
Ultrafiltration (UF) Plant
Ultrafiltration (UF) is a membrane-based water purification process used for removing suspended solids, turbidity, pathogens, and colloidal substances. At Advance Control System (ACS), our UF plants are designed for high reliability, performance, and long operational life, offering superior filtration for tertiary water treatment, pre-RO applications, and even direct water reuse systems.
Unlike RO, which removes dissolved salts, UF focuses on retaining larger contaminants (0.01 to 0.1 micron) while allowing water and dissolved minerals to pass through. This makes UF ideal for situations requiring high flow rates and moderate filtration.
- Micron-Level Filtration (0.01 – 0.1 micron) for bacteria and particle removal
- Low Pressure Operation resulting in lower energy costs
- Backwashable and Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems for extended membrane life
- Compact & Modular Skid Design for space-constrained installations
- Fully Automated or Manual Options to suit user preference and scale
- High Flux Membranes providing reliable output even with variable water conditions
- Integration Capability with RO, STP, ETP, and rainwater systems
- Long-Term Durability with corrosion-resistant materials and minimal maintenance needs

Where Our Solutions Work
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant
Reverse Osmosis Plants are widely used across industries where high-purity water is essential. They are suitable for treating brackish, borewell, or seawater and removing a broad range of dissolved contaminants.
